Little Gallery that Could

Hubcap TreeSaturday after Turkey Day marks the opening of the Miracle on 34th Street, and it also means the opening of the Little Gallery That Could. Just go to the Miracle on 34th Street, located on the 700 block of West 34th Street, and look for the Hubcap Christmas Tree.  Therein you will find Jim Pollock who transforms his living room into the famous gallery known as the Little Gallery That Could.  Averaging over 25,000 visitors each Christmas season, Jim Pollock’s Little Gallery is the most traveled gallery space in Baltimore during the Christmas season.  Featuring his visionary brand of metal sculpture and works from guest artists Zachary Gifford & Renee Tantillo, this year promises to be an extraordinary show.  The Little Gallery That Could will be open from November 29 through December 31st.

Member Art Show in February

Members of the Mill Valley Cultural Arts Umbrella are invited to enter the annual juried art exhibit held at Antreasian Gallery.  There will be a 50/50 split between the artist and the gallery on all sales.

  • Show’s Title: Love and Hate
  • Who is eligible:  Members of the Umbrella (To become a member join our e-newsletter list.)
  • Art Drop Off Date: February 2nd
  • Date of Dhow: February 4th through the 19th
  • Opening Reception: February 6th
  • Art Pickup: February 23rd

This show will be juried, so we’re giving our artists plenty of notice to create a masterpiece for the show.  No more than two entries per person, please.  If you’re entering sculpture, please contact: Robert Antreasian, at Antreasian Gallery for specific details involving the display of sculpture.
